Candy Balloons

If I owned a shop I would want to own a candy shop so I could play with the kids that came to buy some candy then I would have lots of friends. I built a playground and whenever my friends came over we played on it.

I got out a sign that I had been waiting to get out for weeks. I hadn't taken it out before because right when I was about to get it out, one of my best friends had knocked on the door. I got out my hammer and nails…
and walked to the door. Just then my friend walked past. She said she was just running to the store to buy some groceries, then she was planning to come and help me with what I was doing.

Each day I bought pink balloons and helium machines full of helium. I got out my newest candy inventions, ones that weren't even on sale yet. I tested them very carefully and licked my lips. They were so good. Right then someone knocked on the door. It was my friend. She was back from the store and was ready to help. We put the candy into the balloons and soon it was all done. Soon my best friend was ready to leave and was about to walk out the door when…
Knock, knock. Someone was at the door. It was one of my other friends and she was about to have a birthday party. She needed some treats to share. So I said that I had just finished some Candy Balloons. I said bye to my customers and shut the door. Another day had finished.

This is my quick write. The topic was on if you owned a shop what kind and why?

Food bank

Yesterday we went on trucks through Taranaki to pick up food for the food bank.We started at the TSB stadium. People all over Taranaki were doing it. There were heaps of big trucks there and I got  to ride on one. Some of the other people on our truck got out to collect the food that people brought out. Then they would give to us so we could organised it into boxes. There was a police car in front of us with its sierin on so people would know to bring out the food. At the end we had a lot of food.
